Looking for a hands-on Manager who is capable of troubleshooting and resolving production floor issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate the entire production process
- Ability to manage a small group of workers
- Knows and understands both electric and hydraulic machines
- Can do light mold maintenance take apart clean put back together
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Assign daily work tasks for manufacturing Associates, ensuring proper job rotation.
- Coordinate assigned manufacturing shift efforts to optimize workflow and associate potential.
- Directly supervise manufacturing department assigned Associates, ensuring proper procedures and safety rules/regulations are being followed.
- Identify equipment improvements/repairs and initiate work orders.
- Respond to and resolve associate questions or concerns.
- Update the daily production tracking system (floor schedule) and make sure shift data input is correct and closed
- Work with Team Leaders to ensure their tasks are complete.
Qualifications
- Injection Molding Experience REQUIRED
- Fluent in Spanish is Preferred
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
